- Kickoff call (60 minutes): your goals, systems, pain points and timeline.
System review: a read-only look at your systems involving: items and SKUs, locations, tax, payment reconciliation, customizations and other integrations.
Readiness scorecard: your setup scored across six areas (data, order-to-cash, finance, systems, people, edge cases), with the red flags called out.
Decision log: the key choices written down, such as which system owns products and customers, which way data syncs, how tax works, and how locations and B2B are handled.
Findings and recommendation: which option fits, its fixed price, a prioritized prep list, and the risks.
Readout call (60 minutes): we walk you through it all.

Do we have to buy the project from you afterwards?
No. The findings are yours to keep. If you do go ahead with us within 60 days, the $2,500CAD $3,500 is credited to your project.
