- Victoria and Vancouver: our team in British Columbia serves both.
- Toronto: our original Canadian company is in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Everywhere else in the US and Canada: most of the work happens online, which is a big part of how we keep prices fixed. We come on site for the moments that need it, like kickoff workshops and go-live.

What does Business Central cost per user? Microsoft licenses: Business Central Essentials $80CAD $108.50, Premium $110CAD $149.20, Team Member $8CAD $10.90, Device $40CAD $54.30 per user per month, billed yearly. Moving from on-premises Dynamics? You may qualify for 30% off for three years through Microsoft's Bridge to the Cloud offer. Full details on Business Central pricing.
How long does implementation take? Our packages take about 10 to 22 weeks, depending on what you need. Core finance takes about 8 weeks, and each extra area adds 1 to 2.
Can you implement manufacturing? Yes, but it's scoped separately rather than packaged. Start with a fit call.
What happens after go-live
Going live is the start, not the finish. Every project includes 12 months of Duck Care, our post-go-live support, starting the day your hypercare ends. Business Central updates twice a year, plus monthly updates, and Shopify changes constantly. Duck Care means someone who knows your setup is watching when it does.
What Duck Care covers during your first year:
- Help when something isn't working, from people who built your system
- Watching Microsoft's and Shopify's updates for anything that affects your setup
- Keeping your Shopify ↔ Business Central connection healthy
- A regular check-in to catch small issues before they become big ones
Duck Care keeps what we built working. New features and new integrations are quoted separately.
Duck Care is priced at 10% of your project fee for the year, billed monthly.
How fixed price works
A fixed price means a fixed scope. Each package lists exactly what's included and its limits. Business Central and Shopify do a great deal out of the box, and our packages are built around using that rather than rebuilding it. If you need something outside the scope, we quote it before we start it. Nothing is ever billed by surprise.
