What Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central costs, per user, per month.
Business Central is a subscription for each person who uses it. These are Microsoft's list prices: the cost per month when you pay for a year up front. Implementation is separate, and we publish fixed prices for that too.

Ongoing costs
Business Central is priced per user, so the cost follows the size of your team. The prices on this page are for a yearly subscription paid up front. Microsoft updates it twice a year, plus monthly updates, and those updates are included in the subscription. Duck Care keeps your setup healthy through them for the first 12 months, at 10% of your project fee.
FAQ
Do we need Essentials or Premium?
Premium adds manufacturing and service management. If you don't manufacture or run a service department, Essentials is usually enough.
Can we mix license types?
Team Member and Device licenses can be added alongside your full users. Your full users are all Essentials or all Premium.
Is there a discount for moving from GP or NAV?
